Good Morning,
My goal of 'moving life forward in a positive way' continues. Although I have moments of resistance, I bring myself back to flow state and begin again.
Do you meditate? The monkey mind in most of us searches for a better way. It's just too hard 🧘♀️ for most of us to sit and clear our mind for any length in time.
Art has been my most successful meditative activity. I remain present in the moment and feel balanced and in flow state during and after my painting session.
I highly recommend you find what can brings YOU into flow state and do more of that in 2023 as a gift to yourself.
